On Sunday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Francisco Rodriguez, 59, of Fort Worth, Texas, following a driving while intoxicated investigation.

The arrest stems from a motor vehicle crash that occurred in May 2026. Rodriguez was charged with driving while intoxicated along with multiple other traffic violations. He allegedly operated the vehicle while under the influence at the time of the incident.

Rodriguez was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
