Seneca Falls Man Faces Domestic Incident Charges

On Monday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kristopher Jeffers, 45, of Seneca Falls, following a domestic incident.

According to police, Jeffers allegedly destroyed property belonging to the victims and repeatedly threatened to kill them.  Jeffers was taken into custody and charged with two counts of criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree and third-degree menacing, all of which are class A misdemeanors.

Jeffers was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.

 

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
