Penn Yan Woman Charged With Harassment

The Penn Yan Police Department arrested a 37-year-old village resident following the report of a fight.

Anna Rast was taken into custody after a police investigation revealed she allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with another resident and subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact.

Rast was served a criminal summons for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment in the Second Degree.

She is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charges.

 

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
