On Monday, the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 31-year-old Fair Haven resident following an investigation into property damage.
Justin Brown, of Richmond Avenue, was taken into custody at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Brown is accused of Criminal Mischief for recklessly damaging property valued at more than $250.
The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
