On Monday, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lyons man following an investigation into a domestic dispute.

Deputies took 53-year-old Santo DeLork into custody after he allegedly spit at a family member and attempted to prevent them from calling 911. The incident occurred while a refrain-from order of protection was in place.

DeLork was charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, and Harassment in the Second Degree.

He was held for centralized arraignment at the Town of Lyons Court.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
