Palmyra Man Arrested Following Domestic Dispute Investigation

On Wednesday, deputies with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Palmyra man following an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Town of Palmyra.

Tyler Horton, 26, was taken into custody after deputies responded to a domestic incident. It is alleged that Horton damaged property belonging to another individual and made threats to a family member. The entire incident reportedly took place in the presence of children under the age of 17.

Horton was charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Harassment in the Second Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.

He was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await centralized arraignment.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
