On Tuesday, Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Dundee man following an investigation into a protective order violation that occurred a day prior.

Raymond Perry, 45, was taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon. The arrest stems from an incident on Monday afternoon on Highland Drive in the Town of Starkey, where Perry allegedly violated an active order of protection.

Perry has been charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree and an Aggravated Family Offense.

He was transported to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment in the Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) court.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
