North Rose Man Arrested On Drug Charges

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Town of Rose man following a traffic stop investigation.

On Friday, deputies arrested Robert Clingerman, 50, after it was alleged that during the investigation into a traffic stop conducted on January 27, Clingerman was in possession of crack cocaine.

Clingerman was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree. He was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and then taken to the Wayne County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment Part (CAPS) court.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
