On Friday, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 26-year-old Harold Todd for Assault in the Third Degree.
The arrest follows an investigation into a reported physical domestic incident that occurred on Wednesday at a residence on Oakley Road in the Town of Naples. Todd is accused of throwing his 22-year-old sister down the stairs multiple times, subsequently causing injury.
Todd was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held for centralized arraignment.
He will appear in Naples Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
