A Manchester woman was arrested Wednesday evening following an investigation into an incident earlier this year.

Michele Emery, 54, was taken into custody at her home on Seneca Lane on July 8 at approximately 7:49 p.m. She was charged with Harassment.

The arrest stems from a police investigation into an incident that occurred on April 6 at the Timbercreek Tavern in Manchester. Authorities allege that Emery subjected a victim to physical contact by placing her hands around the victim’s neck.

Emery was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in Manchester Town Court on July 22 at 6:00 p.m.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
