Ithaca Woman Charged Following Alleged Glass Bottle Assault

On Saturday, an Ithaca woman was arrested following an investigation into a domestic dispute in the City of Ithaca.

Ithaca Police Officers responded to the 400 block of College Avenue at approximately 12:00 a.m. for a reported assault. Upon arrival, officers located a victim who reported being struck in the head with a glass bottle during a domestic incident. The victim, who was reportedly unconscious at one point, was transported to a local medical center for treatment.

Following an investigation, officers arrested 21-year-old Chloe Cho.

Cho was charged with assault in the second degree, a Class D felony.

She was released on an appearance ticket

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
