On Saturday, a Canandaigua man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop in the Town of Canandaigua.
Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 30-year-old Doyle Kinnear near 5440 State Route 5 at approximately 10:51 p.m. Deputies allegedly determined Kinnear was intoxicated after he displayed significant signs of intoxication and refused to perform standardized field sobriety tests.
Kinnear was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to use a turn signal, driving over hazard markings, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
