On Friday, Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 35-year-old Dundee man on multiple warrants and a new criminal charge.
Jacob Catlin was taken into custody after deputies located him at a residence on Millard Street in the Village of Dundee. According to authorities, Catlin was in the presence of a protected party, violating an active stay-away order of protection. He was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, as well as two active bench warrants issued out of the Town of Starkey Court for failing to appear in court regarding the original charges.
Catlin was transported to the Yates County Jail for processing and held for the next centralized arraignment part (CAP) court session.
