Auburn Man Arrested for DWI in Cayuga

An Auburn man was arrested on Thursday night following a traffic stop by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrested Tony Bui, 53, of Auburn, at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Thursday. He was allegedly found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Bui was officially charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) – First Offense and a license plate violation for operating a vehicle with a single license plate.

Following his arrest, Bui was processed and scheduled to answer the charges in Weedsport Village Court at a later date.

 

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
