Tickets for the 2026 Community Table Dinner in Penn Yan will go on sale in August.
This year’s dinner will be held September 12 at 5 p.m. at The Landing, located at the Keuka Outlet Trailhead in Penn Yan. The venue will allow the event to remain in the Downtown Penn Yan Historic District regardless of the weather. Proceeds will benefit the Dundee Library.
The annual event features a five-course, farm-to-table meal prepared by local chefs and served family-style at a custom-built communal table. Courses are paired with beverages from local producers, and everything from the food to the floral arrangements is locally sourced.
Organizers also work to minimize the dinner’s environmental impact. No disposable plates, utensils or plastics are used, and Finger Lakes Compost assists with reducing waste.
This year’s menu will recognize the nation’s 250th anniversary by drawing inspiration from 250 years of American culinary traditions and reimagining them with ingredients grown in the Finger Lakes. Menu details will be announced in the coming weeks.
Since its launch in 2019, the Community Table Dinner has raised more than $71,000 for local nonprofit organizations. Past beneficiaries include Keuka Advocacy Services, The Living Well, Our Town Rocks, the Yates County Community Center, Penn Yan Theatre Company and the Outlet Trail.
Tickets will go on sale Monday at 9 a.m. on the Yates County Chamber’s website. Individual tickets cost $150 plus a $4.79 service fee, for a total of $154.79. Purchases are limited to four tickets per order.
A limited number of enhanced tables for eight are available for $2,000 plus a $60.04 service fee. The package includes preferred seating, enhanced check-in, welcome wine and a locally made gift.
Tickets will be available through the Yates County Chamber of Commerce website.
