Seneca Falls Library Temporarily Closed Due to Building Maintenance

White "CLOSED" sign with black text hangs on a locked glass store door, reflecting blurred interior and exterior.

The Seneca Falls Library has temporarily closed due to unexpected building maintenance issues.

Library officials announced the closure on social media Thursday, stating that the facility will remain closed until further notice while maintenance work is completed. As a result of the closure, all on-site programs and events scheduled during this period have been canceled.

Patrons with borrowed materials are being asked to hold onto their items until the library reopens or return them using the library’s book drop.

Library officials said they will announce a reopening date as soon as possible through the library’s website and social media channels.

The library apologized for the inconvenience and thanked patrons for their patience and understanding.
