A public hearing later this month will let Owasco residents weigh in on a proposed increase to the potential cost of its water district improvement project.
The Town Board previously authorized the town to move forward with the project at a maximum estimated cost of $7.5 million. The new maximum estimated cost is now $9.1 million.
The public hearing will take place on July 21 at noon at the town hall.
