Age 74, lifelong resident of Southport, NY passed away on Thursday February 14, 2013 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center Elmira, NY. He is survived by his children, Wendy L. Dgien and Ronald A. Bower; grandchildren, Samantha Bower, Jordan Dgien and Allison Dgien; great grandson, Dominic Bower; sister, Jane Smith of WI; sister in-law Carrie Bower, NC; many nieces and nephews. Ronald was predeceased by his parents, Louis and Neva Allen Bower, Sr.; brother, Louis (CY) Bower Jr.; son in-law John Dgien. Ronald was a hunter and former bowler. He was a United States
Army Veteran of the
Vietnam War. And Ronald loved to spend time with his grandchildren.
