On March 9, 2013 at 1:31am Thomas Lee Abbott was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Rushmore Road in the Town of Farmington. Mr. Abbott's vehicle failed to keep right and Sheriffs Deputies found that he was intoxicated. Mr. Abbott submitted to a breath test which showed that he had a BAC higher than .08%. Mr. Abbolt was issued citations for Farmington Town Court where he will return at a later date.
