On 3/7/13 50- year old Patricia Straub of East Bloomfield was charged with harassment in the second degree after a neighbor complained of repeated annoying behavior. She was arraigned on the charge and released on her own recognizance. She will return to East Bioomfieid Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
