On Monday, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Amanda Mahaffey, 39, of Seneca Falls.

The arrest stems from two bench warrants issued after Mahaffey allegedly failed to appear in court regarding her original charges. Those underlying charges included driving while ability impaired by drugs, various vehicle and traffic law violations, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
