On Monday, it was reported that the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Shelly Baran, 50, of Seneca Falls, following a traffic stop.
During the stop, police discovered Baran was allegedly in possession of an illegal controlled substance. As a result, she was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a class A misdemeanor, alongside a traffic citation.
Baran was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
