On 3/6/13 at approximately 1252 deputies responded to Tops Markets for a report of a shoplifter who stole food valued over $35.00 . 30 year old Heather Lynn Moody of Phelps was charged with petit larceny following an investigation by store detectives and deputies. She will appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
