46 Year Old Terri Lynn Shaffer was arrested for Theft of Service, after refusing to pay a $42.00 taxi fare that originated in the Town of Geneva. Shaffer was arriagned before Town of Geneva Justice Liberatore and commited to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $250.00 cash bail or $500.00 bond to reappear in Geneva Town Court at a later date.
