On 02-10-13, at or about 3:03PM, Sheriff Deputies arrested 22 year old Alexandre Joseph St Cry II of Canandajgua for unlawful possession of marihuana. This occurred in the parking lot of Tim Hortons in Canandaigua when St Cyr II was observed by Sheriff Deputies smoking marihuana while sitting in the back seat of a vehicle. St Cyr II was issued an appearance ticket and will answer to the charge in the Town of Canandaigua at a later date.
