21 year old Monika Jermyn of Canandaigua was stopped for reckless driving, failure to keep right and failure to comply on East Gibson Street in the City of Canandaigua. It was later determined that she was in an intoxicated condition and she was also charged with Driving While Intoxicated. She will appear at a later date in Canandaigua City Court to answer to the charges
