The defendant 19 year old Zachary Letta of Shortsville was arrested and charged with burglary in the second degree. The defendant unlawfully entered the residence at 11 N Ave in the Town of Manchester and once inside the residence assaulted the male victim.
The defendant was arraigned at the Manchester Town Court by Judge Butler and committed to jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail
