Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies arrested 16 year old Vyacheslav "Slava" Sherman of Victor on 02/07/13 at 7:54 PM at the Log Cabin Road Thruway overpass in the Town of Victor for reckless endangerment in the second degree. Sherman is accused of standing on the Log Cabin Road bridge and throwing rocks at vehicles traveling on the Thruway. he was issued an appearance ticket and will appear before the Victor Town Court at a later date.
