February 3 2013 at approximately 9pm Ms. Zenny Hatley (24) -of 69- Farrisfr Street Apt 15 Canandaigua was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana by Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies following a traffic stop in the Town of Canandaigua. She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
