On Thursday, January 31, 2013 Caitlin E. Jones, age 27, of Naples was arrested at Spencer's Gifts in Eastview Mall and charged with Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Ms. Jones stole a bracelet valued at $14.99. Ms. Jones was issued an appearance ticket and released; she will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
