On Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 2:05 PM the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Joseph F. DiCicco, age 28, of 9 Reed Street, Waterloo NY, for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. Mr. DiCicco allegedly damaged a metal fence at a residence on East Main Street in the early morning hours of January 26, 2013. Mr. DiCicco was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Village Court on February 6, 2013.
