01-17-2013 Seneca County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Douglas K. Albro, age 43, of 55 W. Bayard St., Apt #4. Seneca Falls, NY, on a charge of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. It is alleged that Albro violated a stay away order of protection by contacted a protected person on two occassions. Albro was arraigned in the Town of Ovid Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 cash or $5000 bond. Albro is to return to court on February 02, 2013 to answer to the charge.
