On the 12th of January 2012 Ryan P. Flanigan Age 22 of 2781 State Route 89 Seneca Falls New York 13148 was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department For Aggravated Driving While intoxicated. Around 4 :10 am the Seneca Falls Police department initiated a traffic stop on State Route 89 near the State Route 5/ 318 intersection. Officers observed the
vehicle that Flanigan was operating driving all over the road, crossing over
the yellow and white line and almost striking the guard rail on State Route 89.
After Stopping Flanigan's vehicle, Officer's detected a strong odor of an
alcoholic beverage coming from inside Flanigan's vehicle. Flanigan was issued
an appearance ticket for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and a uniform
traffic ticket for failure to keep right. Flanigan is to appear in the Town of
Seneca Falls Court on the 24th of Jaunary 2013 at 10:00AM to answer the
charges.
