On 1/4/13 at 2:30pm, Yates County Deputies arrested 37-year old Joseph Earley of Bluff Point on an arrest warrant of criminal contempt in the 2nd degree issued out of the Town of Jerusalem Court. He was arraigned in the Town of Jerusalem Court. Bail was set in lieu of $1000 and he will appear in the Town of Jerusalem Court at a later date for further proceedings.
