The City of Canandaigua Police Department charged Brianna R. Cerrillo, age 18, of 408 Lakeshore Drive #120, Canandaigua, with prostitution, unlawful possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of twenty-one.
Cerrillo is accused of agreeing to have sex with an undercover officer for money and being in possession of marijuana and alcohol at the time of her arrest.
Cerrillo posted an advertisement on Backpage.com offering her services. Undercover officers contacted her and subsequently met her at which time Cerrillo agreed to perform sexual acts for money.
The City of Canandaigua Police Department was assisted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
She was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $500 cash $1,000 bond.
