The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Horace Whipset, 26, of Canandaigua after police responded to 95 Buffalo Street for a domestic disturbance. Investigation concluded Whipset allegedly engaged in a physcial confrontation with a female which led to property consisting of a coffee table and other items being destroyed. Whipset was charged with criminal mischief in the 4th degree and committed to the Ontario Co Jail where he will await arraignment.
