On 12-31-12 at approximately 1341, 26- year old Nicole Gee of Pheleps was arrested for harassment in the Village of Phelps. This after she struck a male several times in the face. The incident took place at 108 S. Main St., Apt.6 in the Village of Phelps. She will appear in the Town of Phelps Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
