On 12/28/12 at 6:49pm, Yates County Sheriff's Deputies responded to SR364 in the Town of Potter for a reported disabled vehicle blocking the road. A check of the driver's NYS license showed it was suspended. 25-year old Kayla Demay of Newark was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, issued a traffic ticket and released to appear in the Town of Potter Court on a later date.
