On 12-29-12 at 7:51pm Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies arrested 48-year old Kelly Close of Canandaigua for criminal contempt in the first degree. She allegedly head butted another female at the Woodridge Motel. This physical altercation violated an order of protection. Close was transported to Gorham Town Court and arraigned on the criminal contempt 1st charge. She was remanded to the jail without bail.
