On 12/29/12 at 8:30am 24-year old William Alfred Vaughn of Canandaigua was arrested and charged with criminal mischief. The defendant broke the door frame to gain entry to his wife's residence at 3260 Rt 364 #6 (Fallbrook Trailer Park). The defendant was arraigned at the Hopewell Town Court by Judge Wooden and ROR. The defendant will appear at the Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
