On 12/7/12, Yates County Deputies responded to a one-car crash on Italy Hill Road in the Town of Italy. 53-year old Peter Wright of Ontario was transported to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital. He was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated. He was arraigned in the Town of Italy Court and bail was set in lieu of $1000 and will appear in court at a later date for further proceedings.
