The defendants were arrested following the report of a possible shoplifting at Victoria's Secret and the subsequent investigation revealed they were in possession of $660.00 worth of stolen property in the form of jackets from Abercrombie & Fitch. Ms. Rodriguez was charged with Criminal Possession Stolen Property 5th and Possession of Burglar's Tools. Ms. Rosado and Ms. Figueroa were charged with Burglary 3rd as both were currently banned indefinitely from all Wilmorite Properties, including Eastview Mall, The defendants were transported to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention. They will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charges. Case closed by arrest.
