On 11/26/12 at or about 8:40 PM Ontario County Sheriff Deputies arrested 31 year old James E. Mitchell of Rose for auto stripping in the third degree and petit larceny in the Town of Phelps. He is accused of switching wheels and tires off another vehicle and putting him on his vehicle and also stealing property out of that vehicle. He was Issued appearance tickets for the charges and will appear in Phelps Town Court, on 12/05/12 at 7:00 PM.
