On November 21st, 2012 at approximately 8:00pm Seneca Falls Police arrested William W. Garrett age 18 of 8371 Holton Beach Road Interlaken New York 14847 for driving while ability impaired by drugs, aggravated DWI for a child 15 years of age or under in the vehicle as a passenger, and unlawful possession of marijuana. This arrest resulted from a DWI road check conducted by the Seneca Falls Police Department, New York State Police, and the Seneca County Sheriff's Office. Garrett was released on uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on November 29th, 2012 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
On November 19th, 2012 at approximately 4:47pm Seneca Falls Police arrested a 17 year old male for petit larceny. This arrest resulted from an investigation at Top's Markets on State Route 5. The male was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on November 29th, 2012 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
