On the 22 of November 2012 at around 0142 hrs the Seneca Falls Police arrested Justin P. Heffron AGE 22 of 3993 Post Road Geneva NY 14456 for Unlawful Possesion of Marijuana. Heffron was stopped in the Town of Seneca Falls after attempting to avoid a STOP DWI checkpoint held by the Seneca Falls Police and multiple other acengies. Heffron was issued an appearance ticket for Unlawful Posession of Marijuana and making an Illeagel U- Turn. While on the traffic stop Seneca Falls Police and Seneca County Deputies recovered a bag of Marijuana and a smoking device. Hefforn is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 6th of December 2012.
On November 21st, 2012 at around 7:50 pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Brandon C. Knowland, age 26 of 110 East William Street Waterloo NY 13165 for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The arrest stems from the DWI checkpoint that was held in the Town of Seneca Falls. Knowland was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on December 5th, 2012 at 10 am.
