On 11/16/12 at 12:25pm, 19-year old Colleen Fiorilla of Canandaigua was charged with petit larceny after an investigation revealed that she stole money which belonged to a Town Of Starkey resident. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and is to appear in Starkey Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
