On 11/11/12, 20-year old Jesse C. Hammond of Fairport was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana out of the Town of Farmington when he was discovered to have marijuana in his possession in the Park and Ride located on Plastermill Road. Hammond was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and he will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
