On 10/24/12, 17-year old Brandon L. Gednney of Freeville was arrested for grand larceny in the fourth degree after an investigation revealed he stole a Yamaha four wheeler from the yard of a residence on Steven's Street in Clifton Springs on October 7, 2012. He was found in possession of the four wheeler on October 5 and it was recovered and returned to the owner. Investigation continues with other arrests possible.
Then on 10/25/12, 16-year old Christopher L. Chilson of Clifton Springs was arrested for criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree after an investigation revealed he possessed a stolen Yamaha all-terrain vehicle on October 8th with intent to prevent the owner from recovering the same. He was issued an appearance ticket to return to the Manchester Town Court at a later date.
