25 year old Jeffrey A. Boula of Scottsville was arrested for burglary in the third degree after an investigation revealed he and, another male entered a building on S/R 15A in the Town of Canadice on October 7, 2012 and stole property. Boula was arraigned in the Canadice Town Court where he was remanded to the OC Jail on cash bail. Investigation continues with another arrest pending for Boula's co-defendant.
