On 10-24-12, at or about 8:54AM, Sheriff Deputies arrested 21 year old Tyshawn J. Bailey of 1368 Clifford Ave., Rochester, New York. This occurred after Bailey was observed taking money out of the fountains located in the middle of Eastview Mall in Victor which totaled in the amount of $17.85. Bailey was given an appearance ticket for petit larceny and will answer to the charge at a later date in the Town of
Victor. Bailey was also banned from all Wilmonte properties at this time.
